Our food cart opened in 2011, initially at the Library Mall in Madison, Wisconsin. We like putting our own flavorful twist to classic Peruvian dishes. We are delighted to bring you a product that is nourishing, flavorful and homemade. Our ingredients are natural and selected, bringing a fresh quality to every dish. There are 3 popular sauces at our food carts: jalapeño, aji amarillo (yellow chili pepper) & rocoto (red chili pepper), they vary in spiciness level and complement the flavor of our dishes.
